**Please note there is a 3 person minimum for travel services unless specified otherwise*
There is a $100+ travel/onsite fee, which varies depending on distance from 1120 Crosspointe Lane Suite 4b Webster NY 14580. For locations within 40 miles the fee is $100. For anything over 40 miles round trip, there is an additional charge of $1 per mile. If your getting ready location is over 2 hours away, a hotel room will be needed the night before to ensure an efficient and stress-free morning for everyone.
If a second artist is needed, the same travel fees apply to them as well.
(Ex: $100 for my travel, $100 for second artist’s travel, plus the second artist service fee.)
Any booking with over 7 people I need to bring a second artist with me to assist. A second artist may also be needed for timing purposes. The additional artist fee is $150. I have artists I regularly work with and will find one that is available for your day! (I usually set aside 15-20 minutes for arrival/set up, 45 mins per person and then 15 minutes for touch ups/lips for reference.)
Please note I do not take any weddings that are getting ready at the Wintergarden.
